The Challenge
A municipal health service was struggling to understand why refugee communities were underutilizing preventive healthcare services despite outreach efforts.

We conducted 35 in-depth interviews with community members in Arabic, Tigrinya, and Farsi, led by interviewers from matching cultural backgrounds.
The Insight
